Caviar Seafood Restaurant

Caviar is an old seafood restaurant in the pyramids area, I used to go with my friends many times before. This restaurant lately have done a full restoration and face lift. What I like most about this renovation is their new Italian seafood restaurant. I think CAVIAR is the only seafood restaurant in Egypt that is specialized in Italian seafood, they serve a variety of seafood pastas

I went to this restaurant with my family during my visit to cairo. We really loved the place. CAVIAR has a wonderful location overlooking the great pyramids, this view gives it a great advantage. The restaurant is really comfortable and classy, the decoration of the place which shows the egyptian cultures along time match the view. All staff were friendly and expert, the hospitality in this place is really wonderful. The best thing about CAIAR is the food, they have a wide variety of fresh seafood in their catch of the day corner (fresh on ice), that u can chose how to be done specially for you with the aid of their wonderful Chef. They also have a very unique a la carte menu that contains a lot of unique mouth-watering seafood plates. I really loved their Shrimp Soup, Crabs Béchamel (A fresh crabs meat topped with delicious Béchamel baked in the oven and served in a carb shell) woooow. I also loved their risotto, they make it as if you are in Italy, also their main dishes are just perfect specially Seabream Fillet and Cotoletta Bolognese... I recommend this 5-star restaurant for anyone looking for very fresh
