Lecture on Representations of Masculinity in Contemporary Iranian Art
Shiva Balaghi discusses heroic images of masculinity in Iranian cultural ethos at Townhouse Art Gallery downtown. Balaghi is an International Humanities Fellow at Brown University, where she teaches history. She is currently in Cairo as part of the Townhouse Independent Study Program.The lecture will be held at the Townhouse Library.
