‘The Auroratone Project’ Screening at Townhouse Gallery
The Auroratone Project is a collection of short films set to the music of POP Montreal’s 2012 participants. They resemble the original, Cecil Stokes’ Auroratone films which were used in mental institutions and army hospitals after WWII to help soothe post-traumatic stress and mentally disturbed patients.
