For an authentic French experience, La Gourmandise has perfected a delectable menu for the hotel’s New Year’s Gala Dinner that will have your mouth watering! Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau is cooking up pan-seared scallops with a cauliflower emulsion, sea bass confit with a crème panais emulsion, roasted lamb filet with a fricassée de cèpes, and for dessert, biscuit succès with milk chocolate cream and a caramel crème brûlée.
