Cairo is never short of events that offer something to everyone. And when it comes to music, the sleepless city doesn’t disappoint; one of the most significant events happening this weekend, on Friday the 22^nd of November, is Paradox. Courtesy of the students’ union at the AUC, the concert takes place at the university’s campus in New Cairo.

In addition to bringing mega pop star Tamer Hosny to the stage, Paradox’s massive night also sees the 21-year-old American rapper, Silentó, performing some of his hits, including his debut single Watch Me; the 2015 song that made it to the third place on the US Billboard Top 100. Speaking of rap, Paradox features rising Egyptian rapper Marwan Pablo, who has managed to form a wide fanbase in no time. The Alexandrian rapper, who left his mark on the rap music scene in Egypt, will set the stage on fire.

Of course, the music matters, but a breathtaking performance is never complete without special visual effects; Paradox will deliver an incredible audio-visual experience to its attendees, thanks to 3D Mapping Technology. Through visual stimulation, in which surfaces and objects turn into interactive 3D displays, the audience is set to become one with the show.   

Gates open at 4.30 PM, while the concert begins at 7.30 PM. As for the pricing, regular tickets are 450LE, while the VIP ones are for 750LE.
