Signore Silvestri is currently the Head Bartender at Hendricks Bar, located in the glitzy and prestigious Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. The award-winning bartender became enamored with the trade, by watching other bartenders work with a variety of unusual spirits to create new cocktails.
