It’s the first weekend after our Eid break, so it’s time to catch up with all the upcoming events and get back in the game. This weekend is filled with so many diverse options, including a little bit of everything in the fields of art, culture, nightlife, and so much more! Let’s check out the popular events together.

Thursday begins with a special treat for all the art lovers out there, with the “Masterpieces XVIII” Exhibition at Zamalek Art Gallery. You could follow that with Chinese treat at 8 Restaurant’s Chinese Feast at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza.

Later on in the evening, we have a fun Karaoke Night at Room Art Space New Cairo, some laughs at Makan with Al Hezb El Comedy, and DJs Bakir, Armen V, and IKE with their cool pop hits at The Tap Maadi, West, and East respectively, to take you deep into the night.

For Friday, it’s a promising night of music and fun. We start with the 28th Citadel Music Festival at Saladin Citadel, with national and international musicians. Other options include Ali Qandil’s stand-up comedy night at El Sawy Culturewheel, and the musical talents of Ahmed Mustafa at Alrab3.

At night, DJ duo, MotherFunkers, will be playing some retro funk and pop hits at Cairo Jazz Club 610, DJ Ahmed Samy will be at the Tap West, and DJs Tourkey & MSelim, with their signature deep house performance, will beat Cairo Jazz Club.

On Saturday, after an artistic morning at the “Summer Edition” Exhibition at Art Corner Gallery, enjoy the evening with some folk tunes at Elrab3 with Drgy, or have a “Dine & Jazz” night at Room Art Space New Cairo.

Later on in the evening, we have the Gypsy Jazz Project at Room Art Space Garden City, Asyad El Zar and their Sudanese zar music at El Dammah Theater, as well as the electronic music of Egyptian Project at Cairo Jazz Club.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg, check the Cairo 360 Events page for more things to do and places to go this weekend.
