In a previous article that we published earlier this week, we promised you to keep you updated with more of the hotel’s Christmas and New Year’s celebrations. Once we got our hands on their festive season’s offerings, we decided to tell you all about it in this article. It all starts at Beymen Café, where Pastry Chef Yehia Ahmed and his team brandish a spectrum of delightful Christmas treats. Exclusively from 20 to 31 December, gourmet highlights will include traditional Panettone, Stollen cake and Speculoos cookies. 

The various culinary experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza are offering a spectrum of Christmas Eve dinners that you don’t want to miss. On the 24th of December, Zitouni’s Christmas Eve buffet brings a variety of Egyptian and international delights, including roast turkey. From 7.00 PM to 12.00 AM, the meal is 750LE++ per person.

The hotel’s Italian, Bella, delivers a five-course meal that gathers a host of authentic classics, including a rich consommé soup, tuna tonnato, homemade tagliolini pasta, red mullet with saffron, or beef fillet as main courses, and lemon verbena pie for dessert. This dinner, which takes place from 7.00 PM to 12.00 AM, comes at the price of 1150LE++ per person.

Eight brings an Asian twist to the season with a Christmas Eve Dinner, from 7.00 PM to 12.00 AM, where a six-course meal is served for 1600LE++ per person. Dinner includes a starter of crab salad, steamed lobster and crispy scallop’s dim sum, turkey mushroom soup, Wagyu beef, and exquisite desserts.

Elsewhere, Upper Deck’s Christmas Eve Dinner serves a four-course menu, handpicked by the hotel’s very own Executive Chef Gianluca Visaniand. Upper Deck also offers a wide selection of wines for the Christmas Eve Dinner that comes at the price of 850LE++ per person – beverages excluded. Dinner starts at 7.00 PM, and a DJ takes to the decks at 8.00 PM, playing Christmas tunes until 1.00 AM – that’s when the night ends.

The Bar celebrates Christmas Eve the French way, with a round of delectable canapés for 950LE++ per person. The night, from 7.00 PM to 1.00 AM, sees a pianist playing some tunes, starting from 9.00 PM.

When Christmas Day arrives, Zitouni serves another delightful brunch buffet that offers an array of international and Egyptian delights that will put a smile on every face. The Christmas Day brunch, from 12.30 to 5.30 PM, is 750LE++ per person.

As for New Year’s Eve, Four Seasons Cairo Hotel at Nile Plaza has something for all moods; Zitouni’s New Year’s Eve buffet boasts a selection of live-cooking stations, in addition to a host of international savoury and sweet delights. The buffet, which comes at the price of 1450LE+++ per person, including a glass of sparkling wine, sees a DJ taking to the decks from 9.00 PM to 1.00 PM. There are two seating sessions available; from 7.00 to 9.00 PM, and from 10.00 PM to 1.00 AM.

Bella’s New Year’s Eve Dinner offers an authentic Italian six-course meal, which includes Italian-style lentil soup, marinated scallops and caviar, egg-yolk ravioli, slow-cooked lobster tail, beef fillet, and a traditional caramel apple toffee pie for dessert. The dinner comes in two sessions; one from 7.00 to 9.00 PM, and another from 10.00 PM to 1.00 AM. The night, which also sees a DJ taking to the decks at 9.00 AM for some tunes, is at the price of 1800LE+++ per person, including a glass of sparkling wine.

Eight kisses 2019 goodbye with a five-course meal that includes BBQ chicken for starters, steamed scallop and fried lobster, Alaskan crab soup, with seafood and beef selection for the mains, followed by dessert, and a surprise fortune cookie. This dinner, which comes at the price of 1950LE+++ including a glass of sparkling wine, is available in two sessions; one from 7.00 to 9.00 PM, and another from 10.00 Pm to 1.00 AM.

Upper Deck’s New Year’s Eve sees a DJ taking to the decks for a special midnight toast, which comes with a four-course meal, including Balik smoked salmon, porcini mushroom soup, giant prawn and lobster bisque. For the main course, a delectable BBQ ribs are followed by a special New Year’s Eve dessert. This night, which comes at the price of 1250LE+++ including a glass of sparkling wine, is available in two sessions; one from 7.00 to 9.00 PM, and another from 10.00 PM to 1.00 AM.

The Bar has a range of hot and cold canapés, and a pianist taking to the stage to play a round of tunes. The Bar’s New Year’s Eve is at the price of 1250LE+++ per person, including a glass of sparkling wine, is from 7.00 PM to 3.00 AM.

The Lobby Lounge brings joy to all family members with a heart-warming New Year’s Eve celebration, where a unique chocolate buffet takes place, from 7.00 PM to 1.00 AM, at the price of 750LE+++ per person. A pianist takes to the stage to play a host of Christmas tunes from 8.30 PM to 12.30 AM.
