Egyptian Project is a band that fuses Egyptian melodies and instruments, with European electronic beats. It takes a risk in creating something different and it thoroughly succeeds at it. Their music is both soulful and jazzy.

Although the band is half-Egyptian and half-French, their CJC performance will be more focused on showcasing the former half, given Jérôme Ettinger’s absence, and the presence of Sayed Emam’s soothing vocals; Ragab Sadek’s Dof; Anthony Bondu’s drums; and Salama Metwally’s rocking rababa.
