Egypt’s first high-street lifestyle destination, Walk of Cairo, was designed by award-winning Miami based architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), who were also behind the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. Impressive? You haven’t heard it all just yet.
Offering fun for everybody is Walk of Cairo’s RIG Park, where a modern amphitheatre holds an array of exciting activities including music events, workshops, dance classes, along with street bites for the rumbling bellies. Walk of Cairo features a pedestrian walkway that holds an 8-metre gorilla statue, and an angel wings installations on its wall that offers a picturesque stroll that will surely generate captivating memories.
Once you feel the hunger creep in, you can satisfy your palates with a selection of international restaurants including Kampai, Seray, Lily’s, L’avenue, Benihana, among other delectable options.
