With an exceptional, thrilling partnership between Alkemia Boutique and Maadi’s Community Service Association (CSA), Fenoun Festivities is back for a second edition at CSA on Saturday, the 6th of April, from 7:30 PM to 11 PM. This is, hands down, the perfect Ramadan night to bid the holy month farewell in style.

Celebrating arts, talent, and community, Fenoun Festivities is awaiting you to not just meet all their talented local artists and designers but also to enjoy their live music performances and tanoura show, organised by none other than Cairo Jazz Club, the homely yet lively music hub of Egypt.

There’s no doubt that uniting Alkemia Boutique, whose main aim is showcasing and supporting local artists and artisans, with the CSA, whose purpose is to provide a safe haven for personal growth through hosting several arts, education, and recreation events, will form a comforting and supportive alliance like no other.

You will be welcomed by gifted local designers and brands from Alkemia Boutique displaying and selling their work at the bazaar. From jewellery, home accessories, and rugs to cosmetics, bags, and cases, Fenoun Festivities is bound to open your eyes to a range of local artists, fostering a sense of support and community whilst introducing you to your new favourite artists and brands!

However, unlike last year, this year’s round is not just restricted to designers and artists of Alkemia Boutique. Instead, any local artist or designer from across the country can partake in the event and even sell their work in the bazaar!

As for their live music performances, Raï-نا, the only Raï band in Egypt, will be performing from 8:15 to 9 PM, combining folk, pop, and dance. We know that Raï is not the most famous music genre around, so doesn’t that give you more reason to attend? Who doesn’t love being introduced to new music, especially from local artists? Following their traditional tanoura show from 9:15 to 9:45 PM, Salma Hisham, the enchanting vocalist, will captivate the audience from 10 to 11 PM with her soothing, melodic voice and her interpretations of the top hits from the 1920s all the way to 2024!
