The hotel’s new Executive Chef, Usama Hafez, is one great addition to Kempinski’s team, as he brings fresh ideas and positive energy to the dining experience and the hotel in general. With a solid professional background of 15 years in the hospitality industry at various international chains in Egypt, Chef Usama is about to make some impressive changes and additions to Kempinski’s culinary experience. They are lucky to have someone with his knowledge, creativity, enthusiasm, and proactive personality.

Chef Huseyin was part of the Kempinski family from 2016 to 2020, and he decided to return in November 2022, adding his own magical touch to the menu.
