Drawing from its 120-year legacy while adopting a renewed vision that redefines its position as one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, Misr Al Gadida Company launched Jadinah. In the heart of East Cairo, specifically, in New Heliopolis City, a strategic land portfolio of over 5,400 acres, the company is committed to creating integrated and sustainable communities.
It is worth mentioning that, by the time of launch of this new project by the end of September 2025, Misr Al Gadida has achieved about 1.274 billion in revenue to reach 42% of growth for the first 9 months of 2025 when compared to the same interval last year. This underscores the strength of the company’s performance and the continued success of its expansion strategy.
Jadinah: A Stepping Stone in the Future of New Heliopolis City

The company introduced its flagship project, Jadinah, during Cityscape 2025, where it was officially launched.
Spread across 25 feddans in New Heliopolis City, as part of a 300-feddan plan of self-development, strategically located north of the First District and overlooking the city’s lush green spine with easy access to Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ismailia roads connecting key East Cairo hubs, Jadinah marks the company’s renewed strategy of continuing the efforts of self-developed projects.
Thoughtfully designed as an integrated community, it offers modern two- and three-bedroom apartments, elegant penthouses, and a variety of commercial, administrative, and medical spaces, with distinctive residential apartments in a boutique-scale neighbourhood. The project also features a flexible payment plan with 5% down payment and up to 10 years of instalments.
A Green and Sustainable Icon in New Heliopolis
Jadinah strikes a balance between privacy and connection. Over around half of the project’s area is dedicated to greenery, water features, and open spaces, creating a relaxing and refreshing backdrop to daily life. The architecture reimagines the timeless beauty of Heliopolis, blending Islamic, Moorish, and Art Deco influences with a contemporary outlook. By fusing heritage with innovation, Jadinah is a vibrant, sustainable community designed to turn everyday living into an inspiring existence.
Strength in Unity: Strategic Partnerships in New Heliopolis

The company has successfully forged a series of distinguished partnerships in New Heliopolis. In 2016, Misr Al Gadida has the first partnership with SODIC for Sodic East Project on 655 feddans, and in 2023 they partnered with Ajad Company for Elaia Project on 77 feddans, where in 2024 they partnered with G Developments for New Kairo Project on almost 1800 feddans and also with Madinet Masr for Talala Project on 491 feddans.
A Renewed Vision for a Sustainable Urban Future
The company’s strategy focuses on maximising the value of its land bank through a mix of self-development and joint ventures, while continuing to release ready-to-move units to meet immediate market demand. Looking ahead, Misr Al Gadida Company is committed to embedding the principles of transparency, governance, and innovation across all its projects, ensuring they create long-lasting value for both the community and the economy.
Leadership with a Clear Vision
Dr Sameh El-Sayed, CEO and Managing Director of Misr Al Gadida Company, affirmed that the launch of Jadinah marks the true beginning of a transformative phase in the company’s journey. He emphasised that the company’s role extends beyond delivering housing projects to encompass the creation of complete lifestyles, guided by principles of sustainability and innovation.
He added that the current strategy combines the historic character of Heliopolis with modern innovation, aiming to deliver integrated communities that generate genuine value for both society and the economy.
