Christmas is jingling its bells, red poinsettia flowers are blossoming everywhere, and Christmas trees are twinkling with beautiful decorations. Truly, ’tis the season to be jolly, and if you really want to be jolly this Christmas season, we’ve compiled a list of the hottest Christmas parties to suit your taste and schedule.

Starting with a bang, Egyptian megastar Amr Diab will be hitting Andiamo Lake House on Tuesday 25 December for one of the biggest Christmas parties, with DJ Fiko providing the warm-up. Tickets will go like crazy, so you better hurry.

Next up we’ve got Ragheb Alama, lighting up Dusit Thani Lake View Cairo on 25 December with his stunning voice and powerful presence. If you’re looking for a female voice, the beautiful and talented Angham will be singing her best tunes at Crystal Palace in Heliopolis on Thursday 27 December, for those of you who can’t party on weekdays.

If you want an early dose of Christmas parties, hit the Hilton Heliopolis on 23 December for a double treat. Haifa Wehbe and Mahmoud El Esseily will be taking over on Sunday night for a memorable Christmas party. Even earlier, you can catch HOH & Cairo Steps lighting up the night at The Marquee theatre in Cairo Festival City.

At night, you might be looking for something more rowdy. CJC 610 will be hosting A Merry Rockin’ Xmas, featuring hot blues band, The One Four Five. Enjoy the bluesy covers of Christmas songs on Monday 24 December. Next day, you can enjoy Xmas Karaoke where you can sing all of your favourite Christmas songs together with your loved ones. On the other side of town, CJC in Mohandeseen is hosting a Dirty Santas night on 24 December, featuring A-Squared and Sara de Araújo for a night of music and dance. Jingle bells ring with Jingle Bell Jazz on 25 December, as Cairo Big Band Society perform the best jazzy tunes in town. While 26 December is all about Christmerade, in a night featuring Disco Misr with hot oriental-infused beats, and Ramy DJunkie with the wildest funky grooves.

The Tap West is bringing together three of Egypt’s hottest bands, but in the most unique of ways, HOH are set to hit the west side on 26 December. HOH is formed of Wust El Balad’s Hany Adel, Nagham Masry’s Ousso Lotfy, and Massar Egbari’s Hany El Dakkak, performing each other’s songs with new musical arrangements. At Tap Maadi, on 26 December, it will be time for Holidazed & Confused Vol. 2, where El Most and Nour Fahmy unleash hot beats to get you in a unique Christmas spirit. While on 25 December, the Tap East is hosting Jingle On The Rocks Vol. 2 as The Cadillacs perform the hottest tunes on stage before Armen V takes over the decks to keep you dancing all night long.

For a more oriental Christmas party, you can hit 24K Lounge for a festive Tuesday night, as belly Dancer Anastasia Biserova is joined by violinist MOKK, as well as DJs Tommy and Peto. You can also head to the NOX’s Christmas Wonderland that sees a guest DJ, a belly dancer, and a surprise act performing. Finally, hit Keji Egypt and enjoy their Christmas Jingles night featuring belly dancer Shams, and DJ Armen Sarkis.

Pick your favourite parties this Christmas season, and enjoy the festivities in your own style.
