Picture yourself stretched out on the shore with a cold drink in hand as you watch the gentle flow of the waves. If that’s not the best way to spend a summer day, then we don’t know what is. But just like a great cocktail, a great bar needs balance. It’s got to have the perfect combination of delicious drinks, tasty bites, and friendly service to create the ultimate summer vibes. Luckily, Sahel has managed to perfect the recipe for amazing beach bars. So forget about those lukewarm beers you left in the cooler and head to one of Sahel’s greatest bars this summer.

The Tap North @thetapnorth

Cairo’s beloved bar has finally opened its doors at Almaza Bay. Marking its fourth location, The Tap North is here to step up Sahel’s nightlife game. Enjoy all your favourite drinks and delicious cocktails, or get a quick bite on those long summer nights. We know it’s hard to resist their all-you-can-eat wings, especially when paired with an ice-cold beer by the beach.

Monkey Bar @monkeybar_grill

Don’t be afraid to get wild at Monkey Bar! Their summer concept, Monkey Rooftop, returns for season two at Almaza Bay this summer. The all-week resto-bar serves up some mouthwatering fusion dishes alongside their craft cocktails. There are good vibes all-around with live music and a gorgeous view of the night sky.

Megumi @megumialmaza

Living up to its name, Megumi Cocktail Room is truly a blessing. Launched by Baky Hospitality, which has brought us the likes of Kazoku and Sachi, this Japanese bar promises a variety of signature cocktails and delicious plates to complement them. Megumi will join other summer hotspots in Almaza Bay’s The Village this season. We haven’t had word on the opening date just yet, but expect it very soon.

Sachi @sachirestaurants

Almaza Bay is definitely the place to be this summer. Alongside Megumi, Baky Hospitality is also bringing Sachi, one of Egypt’s most luxurious restaurants, to the coast. Their menu is inspired by the beauty of the Mediterranean coast, and they aim to give you an experience like no other with food, friends, and a few drinks. There’s nothing like having one of Sachi’s signature cocktails in hand as you feel your toes in the sand.

Crimson Bar and Grill @crimson.cairo

Known for its stunning rooftop views of Cairo, Crimson is moving to Marassi Marina Yacht Club for the summer. Feel the summer vibes with their refreshing drinks and fresh seafood. A few Crimson cocktails are exactly what we need to drink the night away.
