All Egyptians are talking about right now are the football matches happening left and right. It’s a great vibe, and people are excited and celebrating everywhere. One of the best features of this time is the match-viewing parties people throw with family, friends, and sometimes even strangers. Of course, a party is never perfect without snacks, so here are some you can make or buy for your next viewing party.

Loaded Nachos

Buy some tortillas from your local supermarket, cut them into triangles, and put them in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes. It will come out crispy, and then sprinkle it with salt and garlic powder for seasoning. You should then put some beef bacon in the air fryer until it is crispy, cut it into small pieces, then cut up some jalapeno peppers and melt some cheddar cheese. Mix them up and put them on the nachos.

Mini Meatballs

Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt ahead of time. Shape it into small, bite-sized balls and cook in the air fryer until well done. Put a toothpick in each one, then mix some mayonnaise with mustard and oregano for a dip.

Chocolate Pretzels

Buy a bag of salted pretzels from your local bakery. Now buy some milk chocolate and microwave it until melted. Dip the pretzels in the chocolate and place them on parchment paper until it hardens; you may need to refrigerate them. The salt in the pretzels really complements the sweet creaminess of the chocolate.

Mystery mocktails

Buy some regular soda water, then buy some cola, cream soda, cherry cola, and orange soda. Pour all of the favoured sodas into ice cube moulds and put them in the freezer. Take them out and mix them all up in a big bowl. Pour people glasses of the soda water and have them put in ice cubes without knowing what flavour they’ll get.

Popcorn

If you’re traditional, you can never go wrong with a classic, good ol’ popcorn. But why not mix it up a bit? Add cheese powder, garlic powder, paprika, or cumin. They add a kick of spice that really takes the flavour up a few notches.
