We love Sahel and everything, however, Ain Sokhna is a whole different story to many of us; we like to call it ‘the beach next door’ where a dramatic change of scenery is only an hour away from Cairo.

The list of reasons why we love Ain Sokhna goes on and on, yet Misr Italia Properties’ is serving us another reason, which goes by the name of Fins; an upscale kitesurfing centre at its boutique compound, Kai Sokhna.

With plans to be up and running in the fourth quarter of 2020, Fins is designed by architect and co-founder of Segments Architecture, Kareem Al-Assal, and managed by kitesurfing connoisseurs Sherif Soliman and Jenny Osman. Being in the heart of Kai Sokhna, Fins promises an extraordinary experience for avid kitesurfers in Egypt.

For those who are not acquainted with Kai Sokhna, the boutique compound is located on Ain Sokhna –Zaafarana Road and comprises over 300 units, a 5-star Hilton hotel, a commercial strip, and a beach bar and restaurant.

Stretched over a kilometre next to the crystal clear blue waters of The Red Sea, the compound’s furthest point from the sea is only 140 metres, which makes everything within walking distance of the beach.

Now you know where to turn to next time you have an itch for kitesurfing.
