A Night of Egyptian Folk Music with El Tanboura
El Tanboura was one of three Egyptian folk bands that performed in Tahrir Square throughout the demonstrations on the stage by El Mastaba Center. The three bands that participated in the concerts were all chosen from the Suez Canal area, as their music has always been a symbol for peoples’ resistance. El Tanboura will resume its Thursday performances in El Tanboura Hall.
