‘Ahlam Hend we Camelia’ Screening at Doum Cultural Center
Throughout January, Doum Cultural Centre is celebrating the work of the revered Egyptian director, Mohamed Khan. Tonight features a screening of ‘Ahlam Hend we Camelia’ (1988); featuring Ahmed Zaky, Nagla Fathy and Aida El Riad in the lead roles, the film was Khan’s commentary over the complicated lives led by the lower classes in Cairo.
