experience in Egypt at El Sawy Culturewheel on July 4th.

The round-table style
debate will start with an opening remark by H.E. the South African
Ambassador to Egypt, Mrs. Noluthando Mayende-Sibiya; which will be
followed by Ms Hlengiwe Mkhize, South
African Deputy Minister for Higher Education, former Commissioner for
the Truth and Reconciliation Commission who will talk about her
experience as a commissioner during this defining time in the history of
South Africa.
