Cairo International Women’s Film Festival: ‘Arab Short Films’ Screening at Artistic Creativity Centre
The Artistic Creativity Centre screens three short films from the Arab world. ‘The Dinner’ explores issues of identity in an upcairorevamp_usered people; ‘Keshtben’ is a documentary following the filmmaker as she visits her aunts to sew her wedding dress; ‘Wooden Hand’ is about Amira, a 5-year-old girl who dislikes going to school so much she comes up with an idea that goes beyond her expectations. Attendance is free.
