D-CAF Festival: ‘The Speaker’s Progress’ at Falaki Theatre
As part of the Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival, the Falaki Theatre on the AUC Tahrir campus will host celebrated Kuwaiti writer/director Sulayman Al Bassam’s ‘The Speaker’s Progress’. The play is a dark satire on the decades of hopelessness and political inertia that has fed the recent revolts across the Arab region. Tickets 20LE for students and 30LE for non-students.
