This Wednesday at Diwan, Dr. Samia Mehrez will be signing her recent book titled ‘The Literary Atlas of Cairo’; A rich selection of writings by Egyptians, Arabs, men, women, Muslims, Coptic Christians and Jews, which maps out many of the changes in Cairo’s geopolitics, and traces the developments that have taken place over a century in modes of literary production.
