El Baramka at El Tanboura Hall
El Baramka are a band from the small town of El Matareya on the shores of Lake Manzalla, and are popular for enlivening nights with their varied songs and their very unusual rhythms. As fisherman by trade, the group’s songs range in subject matter from religion to love, and their music relies primarily on percussion.
