‘Enhancing the Culture of Contemporary Design’ Project at Darb 17 18
This event marks the launch of ‘Enhancing the Culture of Contemporary Design and relative Design Art’, a co-funded project by Azza Fahmy and the European Union that aims to open an international design floor to Egyptian students/designers through Think Tank workshops in Aswan. Inspired by the Nubian heritage, the participants will concentrate on collecting materials, developing ideas, experimenting, and transforming inspirations into a collection of contemporary jewelry, guided by well recognized designers/schools in the field of contemporary jewelry from Europe.
