Expert Panel: The Mechanics of Moving Monumental Ancient Objects @ AUC Tahrir Cultural Center
The panel will be featuring Dr. Eissa Zidan, Dr. Akiko Nishisaka, and Dr. Tamer Elnady, in partnership with the American Research Center in Egypt (ARCE).
A vast of experts will discuss the complexities of transporting a gigantic ancient monumental object through a crowded metropolis like Cairo. It will also answer the question posed by the film, revealing the current location of the statue after it was moved from Ramses Square.
The event will take place at the main garden.
