‘Fashion Reincarnated: Recycling Identities & Memories’ at Darb 1718
Last November, Swedish fashionistas held workshop, ‘Make & Remake Fashion & Gender’, inspiring Egyptian designers to create pieces which raise questions about gender and identity using recycled materials. Now these experimental garments will be displayed, showcasing the work of ten local artists at Darb 1718.
