‘Fi Baytina Ragul’ Screening at Netherlands-Flemish Institute
Set before the 1952 revolution, ‘Fi Baytina Ragul’ follows the life of revolutionary Ibrahim Hamdy (played by Omar Sharif). During a protest, one of his family
gets killed and Ibrahim decides to take revenge by assassinating the Prime
Minister. He is arrested but manages to escape and hide in the flat of an
apolitical friend and his family.
