‘Right Where the Soul Breaks’ at Falaki Theatre
Inspired by the work of Junot Diaz, Marco Magoa’s ‘Right Where the Soul Breaks’ tells the story of five Dominican-Americans in present day New York and their respective struggles to intergrate and succeed. Starring Sara Salah, Dalia Kholeif, Amr Gamal, Islam Elhussiney and Raouf Aga, the play will be performed in Egyptian-Arabic for a three-day run at AUC’s Falaki Theatre, before moving onto Alexandria later in the month.
