Self-Portrait Video Project at Townhouse Gallery
Over the past year, Dutch filmmaker Corinne van Egeraat got together a
group of Egyptian artists for the Self-Portrait Video Project. During the project’s
workshops the artists were taught the basics of autobiographical filming
and discussed different forms of personal storytelling. The seven participating
artists will present their newest autobiographical short films. They
will be screened as a work in progress at the Townhouse Library. There will be a Q&A with the artists after the screening.
