‘Solitaire’ a Play at Rawabet Theatre
Sabeel for the Arts presents ‘Solitaire’, a play by Egyptian writer and director Dalia Basiouny on Rawabet/TownHouse Theatre. The performance documents dramatically and visually some of the experiences of Arabs and Arab Americans errecords some of the events of the 25th of January Revolution in Tahrir Square through the eyes of an Egyptian woman who changes and creates change throughout her journey to shape her identity, and to search for peace, with self and the world.
