The Self Portrait Project at Townhouse Gallery
Registration is required for this workshop by Corinne van Egeraat, to be held at The Townhouse Gallery of Contemporary Art’s library on Wednesday, Saturday and Monday from 6PM to 9PM.
In the workshop, participants will receive instruction on how to film their own video self-portraits. Participants will explore different forms of video-based storytelling, considering both innovative, technology-driven trends in communication and the timeless notion of the artist’s self-portrait. The videos will then be collected, edited, and produced by the workshop leader.
A presentation of the results will follow in the Townhouse Library.
