World Wellness Weekend will take place in two different locations of the gym: Hilton Pyramids Dreamland – Heliopolis inside the Air Forces House. The day includes fitness activities such as functional training, Aerobics, kickboxing, Zumba, and yoga. Also, there will be a discussion panel by various influencers about the wellness lifestyle. The event is free of charge for both members and non-members of the gym.
