The shop on Taha Hussien Street, right next to El Yamama Center, is at the end of a courtyard and is spacious, organised and radiates fresh colours and twinkling decorations.

At first glance it would seem like they offer a large variety of flowers, both real and artificial. However, the selection available for bouquets was considerably small.  Lilies (30LE each), orchids (60-120LE each), roses anthurium, celosia (10LE each) were all available at the time of our visit, with the artificial variety often costing more. For example, artificial lilies are priced double at 60LE a flower while readymade baskets using real flowers were priced at around 200LE.

Although the collection available in the shop itself is largely limited, we were assured that any flower requested by a client can be ordered in.

Touch of Flower is not just a flower shop though, and this perhaps explains why the actual flower collection is small; the core of their work is actually event planning and decorating. The extensive decorations along the shop, from hanging flower balls and impressive lighting fixtures to delicate centrepieces, are all designed for their events. In addition, they can also provide tables, seating, dance-floor installation and even a DJ if you need one.

While a lot of the items out on display cannot be purchased independent of an event, there is a big choice of glass vases to choose from. In all sort of sizes and shapes, the thick glass vases are priced from as low as 30LE, up to 175LE and more.
