Plein Air has nice, if not luxurious (fake flowers), facilities with a very far-out location, and difficult for guests to find, but our problem is with the service. They would not return our 5000 LE deposit even though we followed fully the terms of the contract, canceling within six days of the deposit. Had my wife's late father not had surgery related to his cancer and been able to travel out that far, we would have proceeded. However, despite providing written evidence of our cancellation by email (and phone) within six days, they are being greedy and keeping the money. Be careful!
