Tianma restaurant at The St. Regis Cairo reflects a melting pot of Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian flavours. Once you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted with huge bells dangling from the ceiling, symbolising good luck and prosperity in Asian culture. The ambience created by the bells and the Southeast Asian music immerses you in the Singaporean culture.
During The Saturday Dim Sum Brunch, Chef Alex introduces his new creation, “Golden Swan Dim Sum”, stuffed with black pepper duck. Chef Alex will present one of his signature dishes, the Singaporean Roasted Duck Roll, with spring onion, cucumber, and hoisin sauce, on a carving trolley in a special presentation along with many other mouthwatering creations. You will get to end your day on a perfect note with a fried banana and coconut ice cream or Chef Alex’s famous chocolate sesame balls that will leave you in awe.
The best thing about Tianma restaurant is that you get a bang for your buck. The price per person is EGP 750++, and for that, you get a starter, three items from their signature steamed & fried dumplings (each item has two pieces), main course, along with your choice of rice or noodles, and dessert.
If you are vegan, no need to worry! Tianma got you covered many vegan items on the menu, such as steamed dumplings, spring rolls, carrot patties, or their famous Wood Ear Fungus with Butter Lime Garlic Sauce. There is something delicious for everyone!
