We say this a lot, Egyptian food is one of the best in the world, and this month, people from all over the globe can get a taste of that at the Middle East’s largest food and beverage exhibition. It’s called Gulfood, and is hosted at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Head of Egypt’s Food Export Council, Hani Berzi, has announced that 140 Egyptian companies are travelling to Dubai this February to participate in the Gulfood 2019 exhibition. The Dubai World Trade Center will be filled with numerous booths of different companies displaying their best work, and among these companies will be Egypt’s best, showcasing the deliciousness of Egyptian food.

Egypt will have a 1,300 square metre pavilion for the 140 participants to display their products, and we’re rooting for our Egyptian companies to take the cake. This is the 20th year that Egypt has taken part in this international event, and we’re hoping that this is our most successful year yet.

This is the 24th edition of Gulfood, which means that Egypt only missed out on the first four exhibitions. The event will run from 17 to 21 February, and you can register right here if you’re looking to make a trip out of it.
