A December to Remember: Christmas Events Happening This Week

Two weeks into the festive month, the streets are covered with Christmas decorations, and carols are being hummed everywhere. So, if you haven’t already been to any Christmas events, stop stalling and get going already! With only twelve days to go before the big day, here are this week’s events to check out:
Chorale Priere Vivante in HOC
If you missed last week’s events by the francophone Christmas carol chanters, they’ll be back with two more events this week!

Let’s Go Fun Christmas Carnival
Are you looking for bazaars selling crafts? Or are you more inclined towards carnival games, workshops, and decorating Christmas trees? Interested in neither but want a good show with a marching band? Whichever you’ve picked, it’s all there!
Date: December 16th from 11 AM – 10 PM
Location: Family Park, New Cairo
Fabrica Christmas Choir
The musical theatre band Fabrica consists of twenty young and talented singers trained and conducted by Neveen Allouba. They will be singing Christmas carols as a part of the Sellah Cultural Program aimed at helping promote peace, respect, and harmony through music.
Date: December 16th from 8 PM

Bohemian Latin Christmas
Don’t miss this tribute to the Klazz Brothers’ holiday album “Christmas Meets Cuba”! The album featured famous Christmas carols combined with the tunes and rhythms of Cuban sensual jazz music. The show will be performed by The Bohemian Project, with guest musicians from Cuba!
Date: December 16th from 9 PM
Location: Room Art Space, Garden City
Fees: 150 EGP (Each attendee is also required to order one menu item, and the cost is not included in the ticket fee.)
Christmas Art Workshop
This workshop is for the Gen Alphas, ages six to twelve. They leave home with some old socks, and by using some Christmas magic, they’ll return with gnomes, snowmen, and yarn ornaments for their Christmas trees!
