Meanwhile, it's funk night over at Maadi’s vibrant bar, the Tap, hosting local DJ Tamer Auf, whereas El Sawy Culturewheel’s River Hall, hosts a night of Oriental tunes performed by the band Solo and once again, claiming Bamboo’s Thursday night with their hottest house music sets, are none other than resident DJ trio 3bkarino, Kiko and Bob.

Friday sees a further busier night with Egyptian DJ icons—ranked 19th worldwide— Aly & Fila, performing at the Future Sound of Egypt (FSOE) held at the Great Pyramids of Giza, with a lineup that includes DJs A&Z, Fady & Mina, Mohamed Ragab alongside vocalists Chris Jones and Susana.

Local rock band the Cadillacs is playing over at the Tap; while DJ duo Akladios and Cairo claim the Cairo Jazz Club decks for some deep and melodic house, followed by DJs Aguizi & Fahim with their indie electric house sets.

Fairmont Nile City’s O Bar hosts their Good Vibes, another big house music night, with resident DJ Irma playing sets alongside DJ Zizo; whereas Cavallini hosts a Lebanese Night, bringing its weekly Lebanese bold tunes to its decks.
