A brand that has always been an advocate of positivity, togetherness, and hope; Coca-Cola. This Ramadan, with its spirit overshadowed by the outbreak of Coronavirus, Coca-Cola took it up another notch with another successful campaign. With the motto, We will get through this together, not only does the renowned brand deliver a message of hopefulness, but also lends a helping hand to the heroes of the hour; Egypt’s white army.

In support of our front-liners all over the nation, Coca-Cola provided over a million Dasani water bottles customised with a ‘Thank You’ note, in a move to keep them both hydrated and high-spirited. The 3.7 million EGP initiative shows the brand’s commitment to its social duties and sets an example in gratitude and support through difficult times.

The initiative is one among many which Coca-Cola has recently launched to support the government in the fight against the pandemic, alleviate its negative consequences, and raise awareness on the precautionary measures that one can take to curb the disease.

It’s not the first time for the brand to show support. According to Ahmed Radi, General Manager of Coca-Cola Atlantic Industries, Coca-Cola has been standing with Egyptians through thick and thin during the past 75 years.

In addition to the proactive side of the successful campaign was the brand’s ad, which, through showcasing various human stories, encourages everyone to remain positive, and be part of a global movement to overcome the crisis.
