The Definitive Guide to Living in the Capital , Cairo , Egypt

Today marks the final day of  the African Weightlifting Championship, held at Cairo Stadium, and we are proud to say that three Egyptian females won Gold medals in a number of competitions, variant age divisions, and several weight categories. 

For starters, Rania Ezzat won three golds in the under 18 years of age division (75 KG), and won the same number of medals in the under 21 years of age division of the (75 KG) Weightlifting Competition. Similarly, Mayar Abdelkader won 3 golds in the under 21 years of age division of the (90 KG) Weightlifting Competition, and won the same number of medals in the under 18 years of age division of the (90 KG) Weightlifting Competition. 

Finally, Aya Abdel Fattah won all the gold models for several different competitions, in the under 17 years old and and the under 21 years old divisions (90+ KG).
